Cinnamon Sugar Popovers are easier to make than you think! A crispy outside and chewy inside coated with cinnamon and sugar. Perfect for a decadent breakfast or dessert.

 2 eggs
 1 cup all purpose flour
 1 cup lukewarm warm milk
 1 tsp cinnamon (use more or less if desired)
 ¼ tsp nutmeg
 ½ tsp salt

Beat eggs with whisk slightly in medium bowl

Add in remaining ingredients

Mix with whisk until smooth - (be careful not to over beat)

Let batter sit (5-10 mins) while the oven preheats to 375 degrees F

Place PopOver pan in oven and let it get hot

Remove from oven

Spray pan generously with cooking/baking spray

Use 1/3 Cup of batter in each cavity

Place in center of 3rd rack from the bottom (make sure there is not a rack over your pan

10

Bake on 375 approx 30-35 minutes or until a deep golden brown color

Remove from each cup immediately and serve hot (be careful not to burn yourself)
