Nothing says fall like the return of pumpkin spice and this delicious cake is easy and sure to impress!

Cake
 1 lb salted butter
 ½ stick Crisco shortening
 3 cups sugar
 5 large eggs
 3 cups all purpose flour (sifted)
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tsp pumpkin spice extract
 2 tsp butter vanilla emulsion
 ¼ tsp nutmeg
 ¼ tsp allspice
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp mace
 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 ½ cup pumpkin puree
 1 cup soda water
Glaze
 8 oz cream cheese
 1 stick salted butter
 3 cups powdered sugar
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ½ tsp pumpkin spice extract
 ½ tsp butter vanilla emulsion
  tsp nutmeg
  tsp allspice
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
  tsp mace

Cake Directions

Preheat oven 325 degrees

Mix butter, shortening until fluffy

Add in sugar mix until more fluffy

Add eggs one at a time and beat 1 minute after each add

Add Extracts

Add Flour and spice mixture, Soda water and mix

Mix on low for 30 seconds and in Pumpkin Purée then on medium about 2 mins

Grease and Flour Bundt pan

Place batter into greased and floured Bundt pan

Place pan in preheated oven on middle rack

Bake on 325 degrees for 1hr 15 mins depending on your oven

Do not open the oven until cooking time is complete

Test your cake to see if it is done by gently inserting long toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake should be done.

Let cool for 10 mins, you can invert onto plate. If desired, Cool completely and glaze
